The Earthscan Science in Society Series aims to publish new high quality research, teaching, practical and policy-related books on topics that address the complex and vitally important interface between science and society. It covers a full range of topics including but not limited to science in governance and the governance of science, re-modelling science communication, science in the economy and the economics of science, science, technology and globalization, science and gender, ethnicity and the lifecycle and genomics and society.
