For permission to photocopy material from our publications, please contact:

Please submit your application in writing. Include the following information:

Title of book, author(s) and/or editor(s) in which material appears.
Chapter, pages, figures, tables as they appear in the publication.
Specific title or selected essay or article and author in publication.
Purpose of the request.
How many copies are to be made.
Whether the material being requested will be posted on a website or in some electronic format.

For authors and publishers requesting permission to reprint copyrighted material in a book to be published, please also include the following:

Publisher of work
Print run
List price
Total number of pages of book to be published.

Applications for permission may be submitted by mail, fax, or email. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for processing your request.
