How to Order Books
Place an order online
To buy books using our secure online ordering system please go to the page for the book or books you would like to purchase and click on the ‘buy’ button. Once you have finished making your selection click on ‘go to checkout’ where you will be asked to enter your login details. If you haven’t already registered with Earthscan you’ll be asked to do so. Once you’ve logged in you’ll be asked to enter your credit card details and any special offer codes and your order will be sent for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email which contains your unique order number.

Returns
You can return a book bought from our website within 7 business days of receipt. Please return the book along with the delivery slip or invoice that came with your book to the address stated on the delivery slip. Please include a note stating that you want to return the book for a refund and quote the invoice number and date from the delivery slip, clearly labeling the package with the word ‘Returns’. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You’ll receive a refund within 30 days of the package being received by our distributor.
