Geoff Tansey and Tasmin Rajotte, authors of The Future Control of Food, were joint winners of the 2009 Derek Cooper Award for Campaigning and Investigative Food Writing, it was announced yesterday.
This was an unprecedented double-win for Geoff Tansey, who received the Derek Cooper Award for best food campaigner/educator at the BBC's Food and Farming Awards last year.
This year’s award was shared with Jamie Oliver's campaigning Jamie's Ministry of Food television series.
Full details of The Guild of Food Writers Awards 2009 can be found on the Guild of Food Writers website. Congratulations Geoff and Tasmin!
