BE PART OF THE GREAT BRITISH REFURB – TO CUT EMISSIONS AND CUT ENERGY COSTS – ED MILIBAND

sets forth a new plan for UK homes to reach near zero carbon emissions as part of the broader 80% cut in all UK emissions scheduled for 2050.

The ambitious target will require British households to have access to "expert, targeted help to reduce their fuel bills and access low-carbon heat and power in their homes."
