Thank you for providing the link to the article on "Globesity". I found it interesting, albeit some of the information I felt was simple common sense. This part I really felt needed to be highlighted: "Yes, people do eat more than they need, but the reason why they’re eating more is what we really need to look at. Our argument, and there’s lots of scientific consensus to this, is that it’s more about the environment people live in.” Boredom (lack of inspiring environment) gives way to unhealthy habits in many aspects, eating and exercise are two of the most common ones.
