It was a very pleasant surprise to hear from Earthscan author Molly Scott Cato last week, regarding a mystery fan of her new book Green Economics.

The person in question had 'phoned Jonathan Dimbleby's BBC Radio 4 programme 'Any Answers?' and shamelessly plugged the book - now that's one satisfied customer!
